X-Chequer Fund Management is a boutique alternative investment house. We specialise in hedge fund and long only offerings to institutional, high net worth individuals and private clients. Our aim is to provide superior risk-adjusted returns to our investors over the medium term, while focusing on capital protection on a continuous basis. Our disciplined focus on risk management helps us to navigate the volatile financial markets.
Being a boutique fund manager we outsource most of our tangential functions, which allows us to concentrate on our core fund management skills which is what we do best. We have developed proprietary fundamental models to assist us in our investment process.
Combining our own in-depth research and analyses with independent industry research helps us to formalise our investment views. We engage with our top holdings on a regular basis through management contact, site visits, broker presentations and conferences. We spend a considerable amount of time ‘on the road’ to make sure we stay in touch with what is happening on the ground.
